Where are you based?

We are based in Toowoomba, Queensland but we love to travel. Our standard packages include travel within 30kms of Toowoomba City. Events outside this area will incur a travel fee

Do you supply alcohol?

No, we are a BYO service, which means you will save a fortune by avoiding the huge mark up on drinks. All drinks will need to be provided by you, the event organiser, the venue or caterer.

Where can we host an event?

The beauty of a mobile bar is they can go just about anywhere. We usually operate on private properties and venues, however If you wish to set up the caravan on a public space, you will be responsible for obtaining relevant permissions and permits from the Council.

Do you have cancellation fees?

We do. Once your booking is confirmed the date is yours and we decline any other enquiry. All deposits are non refundable.

If a cancellation is notified:

  • Within 30 days of the booked event, you will be liable for a further 25% of the booking fee.

  • Within 14 days of the booked event, you will be liable for the full booking fee.

When does the caravan arrive?

We generally like to arrive 2hrs prior to start of service, this ensures we have everything perfectly set up for your event.  

Do you have public liability insurance?

Yes, we sure do!

What do I need to organise prior to the caravan arrival

We require from you:

  • a flat site for the caravan

  • access to the pre chilled beverages

  • access to power

What are the caravan measurements?

Betty measures at approximately 5 metres long by 2 metres wide, including the tow bar.
